Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and any associated postage costs in returning for change of mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@foraydesign.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 89 Tamworth Street, Dubbo NSW 2830, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original Artwork, limited edition products, custom items (such as special orders or made to order items), personal self care goods (such as jewellery beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and endeavour to rectify it to your satisfaction.

All items are quality checked by our team before dispatch, however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify contact us at info@foraydesign.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage (packaging and item), along with a brief description.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
