Shipping policy
We always endeavour to make the experience of purchasing and ordering from the Foray online store to be easy and satisfactory. Each of our customer's needs is important to us. If there are any particular shipping requirement for your order, we invite you to contact us and let us know; we are more than willing to assist.
We can arrange furniture and removalist quotes with our preferred carriers for you on bulky, vintage or specific pieces. Simply email or call us to enquire.
Australian Domestic Orders
Online
We aim to ship standard registered post orders that are in stock within 2-3 business days after an order is placed.
You can contact us directly to organise Express Shipping, subject to approval and opening hours.
Our primary domestic shipping courier is Australia Post, however there may be certain circumstances that we choose to use other more appropriate shipping couriers. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. All our orders are registered and can be tracked accordingly.
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery date and times are subject to the relevant shipping couriers’ timeframes. It is recommended to view the order tracking details or contact the shipping courier directly.
Local Pickup
We are very happy to organise your order to be picked up in person at our store on 89 Tamworth Street, in Dubbo NSW. You will find a Local Pickup option to select in the checkout, and this will allow us to prepare your item in store. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please note our opening hours: Wednesday - Friday from 10 - 5 and Saturdays from 10 - 1.
International Orders
We can organise a quote for international shipping. Our international shipping couriers are Australia Post and DHL, however there may be certain circumstances that we choose to use other more appropriate shipping couriers. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. All our orders are registered and can be tracked accordingly.

We offer registered international shipping at a standard rate option; however, we are more than happy to give custom postage quote at your request. Please contact us directly regarding the product you would like to order, and we will advise you regarding shipping and handling options.
Ordered Products ‘Out of Stock’
Occasionally some of our product stock levels may be inaccurate at the time of a customer’s order. In a circumstance when we do not have any of the actual purchased product in stock, we will promptly contact the customer and offer the following:
- A like for like replacement of a similar product of the same or greater value.
- Advise the next delivery and update the order to ‘Pre-Order’, If the customer is willing to wait.
- Store Credit
- Full Refund (including shipping costs)
