Pottery Creamer Jug in Snow White

A snow white glazed, handmade classic creamer jug.

Hand thrown on the pottery wheel with a pulled handle, fired and then glazed and fired again for a long lasting finish.

Each jug is approximately 175mm high and 130mm at its widest point. The jugs are food safe and dishwasher proof although we do recommend hand washing to care for the glaze.

The pieces will have subtle differences. Sizes are approximate due to the nature of the hand made pottery.

About the Maker:

Good Hope Pottery can be found on the banks of Lake Burrinjuck in the Yass Valley.

Helen and Danielle, a mother and daughter pottery team work together to create nature inspired pieces of ceramic that are both useful and beautiful.

Their inspiration comes from their country property surrounded by bays of driftwood from decades of trees in a flooded valley, slowly making its way to the shore as the lake rises and then falls, leaving behind beautiful pieces of weathered timber, banks of clay and river worn rocks.

Pottery is a daily practice for the two of them, in which they continue to learn and enjoy the fluidity of clay in all its form and beauty.
